Zainab Al-Ani

Born in 2001, she began her journey with visual arts in 2021, relying on her innate talent without any formal art education or training. She believes her creative abilities are a gift from God, which has motivated her to develop her talent through practice and dedication. Today, she continues to study visual arts to refine her artistic experience.

She is distinguished by her unique artistic style, which combines drawing and embroidery. She creates her works on fabric using thread and needle, giving the artwork a distinct visual and tactile dimension. She always strives for originality in her work, as she believes that difference is the essence of creativity.

In her last exhibition, she showcased 193 artworks, an achievement that reflects her great passion and her determination to produce continuously.

She begins her work with drawing, then moves on to embroidery and painting, ultimately arriving at a complete, vibrant piece. She draws much of her inspiration from the world of children and dolls, with its inherent innocence, beauty, and boundless imagination.

She says about her relationship with art: “Art represents joy for me and a refuge from pain. It is my comfort and my only outlet. In it, my energy for life is embodied, and through it, I challenge myself to create everything I love and desire. Art is my window to achieving my dreams, and nothing stands in my way as long as I am painting.”
